Villa Comfort is situated on the outskirts of the small town of Tias. This is one of the few propertieson the only property available here with a covered pool. Even though Lanzarote has prevailing north-easterly winds, our covered and heated pool can be enjoyed all year round, no wind chill and warm water.

The lounge/dining room comfortably sit 8 people. Satellite TV, DVD player books and games are also provided.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is en suite, while the other 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom which has a corner tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher washing machine kettle etc.

We provide a security safe, all bedding, towels fans, etc. The villa is very well equipped and guests have commented that it felt like "a home from home".

The 4th bedroom with en suite is ideal for grandparents, nannies etc and is situated just outside of the villa.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom has WC, sink and Shower cubicle.
Main bathroom is large and has sink, WC and shower over corner tub bath.

En-suite to bedroom 4 has WC, sink and shower cubicle.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine (outside), microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery. Breakfast table.

Living Rooms: Comfortable seating for 8. Large TV, satellite, DVD mini hifi. 3 large coffee tables. Pool table, table football and table hockey. Some books and games. Access to kitchen, dining area and sun terrace.
Internet access by request.

Other: The optional 4th bedroom had a double bed wardrobe and is en suite.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen provided. Beach towels on request. 2 fans are provided. Cleaning is provided midweekly with linen change.
Iron and board.

Perfectly suited for families with children of any age. The bedrooms are all situated away from the main living area. There are 2 terraces.

There are a few different courses on the island nearest is around 5 minutes drive.

Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away from the villa. Beach at Puerto del Carmen 10 mins also has many shops and restaurants. Deiland shopping centre 5 mins.

Booking notes:
We do not ask for damage deposits, we trust that our guests look after the property well. However we do expect 50% deposit in advance to confirm your dates and full payment 1 week prior to the arrival date.
