The beautiful bungalow Casita de Los Pocillos lies only 5 minutes to walk away from the sea and from the very big, fine sandy beach Playa de Los Pocillos.

Located in a very quiet area to live, it is surrounded by a closed, about 260 qm big garden with many blooming plants and bushes, that nearly create a Mediterranean flair.

The public pool in Costa Mar can be used (about 3 minutes to walk).

The house with its 2 sleeping rooms and 2 very beautiful, new bathrooms offer ideal space for up to 4 persons and has an area to live of about 70 m².

An ideal vacation domicile for one or two couples: quiet and anyhow not far away "from hustle and bustle".

The big roofed and absolutly wind protected pergola, the seating place and the sun terraces, at every time invite you for a stay.

From the sun terrace even an ocean view is provided. Because of the very good location here you can also sit outside in the winter.

The kitchen too provides a very complete arrangement.

The electro stove with oven, a classical filter-coffee machine, a toaster, the electric juice press, the espresso machine, the water boiler as well as the combination refrigerator and many more little details let your vacation become comfortable and well felt from the beginning.

In the living room a big, comfortable seat suite exists, SAT-TV and radio aren’t also be missing.

The dining table can be spread out if visitors come along.

And with the high value dishes, which is also available aside the "allday-dishes", can even a pure tablet can be decorated.

From the seat dish up to the Rechaud and steam cooker the swiss owners have thought of nearly everything.

The 2 sleeping room everyone arranged with two single beds (but without gap !), beautiful bed clothes and sane bed blanket belong here too to the standard.

In one of the sleeping rooms also a safe exists.

For more safety there is also a latticed window, a possibility to lattice the door if you are absent as well as adjustable aluminum-lamellae before others for windows, which is even arranged with mosquito nets.

From on of the sleeping rooms you look directly into the wunderful applied garden.

In one of the bath rooms a befindet sich eine walkable, open shower, the other bath room was arranged with a bath tub. Beautiful mirror cupboards offer enough light and area to put something on them.

In the price included:

• to use in every bath room (please take beach towels with you)
• end cleaning, electricity/water

Restaurants and shopping stores are located in the near and far environment, so that you here by all means also can abandon your car.

But if you like to be mobile, please park your car in the own driveway without parking space trouble.
