The ideal location over the cliffs offers a light and near access to the port district of the old port of Puerto del Carmen and to the new sport port of Puerto Calero in the opposite direction.

Here up to 8 persons can spend a comfortable and unforgettable vacation.

The Villa consist of a main house with 2 sleeping rooms and a direct adjacent Annex with separate entry to 2 sleeping rooms more.

The main house has an open living room with big comfortable edge sofa , radio /DVD-player, satellite-TV with Astra-Bouquet (all German channels) , Sky- Channels (limited), with Air- conditioning-arrangement and heating as well as alarm system.

In the middle of the room an integrated dining room with the open adjacent wooden landlord kitchen and breakfast bar in granite is located.

The kitchen arrangement is optimal with stainless steel devices of all kind, refrigerator with extra freezing unit, dishwasher , stove, micro wave oven, kitchen sink, built-in washing machine, Ceran cooking field with touch electronic and outside fume hood as well as all other things like toaster, coffee machine, water cooker for tea, flatiron and ironing board, etc.

Warm water through solar panel and if needed additional electric.

In the main house there is the main sleeping room with double bed, Air conditioning / heating unit, wall safe and Alarm system

As well as ensuite- marble-bath room with bath tub, integrated shower, toilet, bidet, lockable with separate door, another sleeping room, invitating furnished with 2 single-beds, Airconditioning/heating unit, wall safe and alarm system as well as shower bathroom with toilet.

The Annex is located left of the main house and is reachable immediately through the roofed terrace.

There are 2 sleeping rooms each with its own entry 2 more sleeping rooms with air conditioning/heating unit, wall safes and alarm system, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and each with an own shower bathroom with toilet.

In all bathrooms hairdryer and enlargement mirror.

The Villa is very private, fenced with hedges and beautiful plants.

The child pool is directly aside the mainpool before the Villa. It is visible and detachable by a net.

The outside-Jacuzzi is lockable for 4-5 persons.

The pool (6 x 4m, 1,40-1,50m deep ) is located before the villa with open and shady terrace, garden furniture and deck chairs and can be illuminated at night.

It is heated in the winter time (Nov.- April) electric and by a solar system and has a covering, steps and hand railing.

The barbeque with own seat- and inviting dining edge is located in the middle of the greenery behind and aside the Villa.

The lieing roof terrace offers unforgettable views over the landscape with the Los Ajaches-mountains and the sea with the neighbor isles Lobos and Fuerteventura.
