Exclusive little bungalow, beneath the principal house, but independent with an estate stretching over approx. 50,000 square metres, on the mountain side in La Asomada, 6,000 square metres surrounding garden and more than 200 palm trees. The location is magnificent and gives you a beautiful view from high above. Here you are in the middle of the unique countryside of Southern Lanzarote and have a quiet refuge away from the crowds.

Modern and luxurious-minimalist style and design, approx. 60 square metres interior area which is divided into a large living room with and open kitchen – separated by a wall – and a walk-in wardrobe – a double bed with a magnificent view from the panoramic window into the garden. The house is equipped satellite TV (Astra), radio and CD-player with CDs. Other important little things like a hairdryer, bath towels for the beach (of course also towels for the bathroom), bathrobe, electric iron and ironing board. The kitchen offers all amenities such as coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dish-washer and washing-machine.
The light-flooded bathroom with a rain shower (splashes like rain from above) with blue marble and floor heating, a second WC with sink and bidet. Outside a 60 square metre terrace (see photograph beneath), partly roofed and wind-protected with windows and a superb view over the ocean – reaching from Arrecife across Puerto del Carmen over to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
