Casa Andrea was built in 1994 by the German artist Fritz Bönsel who left
the cottage in an architectural style that comes very close to the one of César
Manrique (well known local artist of Lanzarote). He also left his work “Labyrinth”
at the cottage. In 2006 the house was bought by us and designed to allow
you the best holidays possible. As the acquisition is not that far behind, there
is a pool missing which will be built very soon. Nevertheless, you will not miss
the pool as the sea is very close and the house comes with all of the following

do come with their special needs. Out of those we are able to especially facilitate
the holidays of people with babies, special hobbies and businesspeople. Tell
us beforehand what facilities you wish us to provide and we will do our best to

| As Casa Andrea is a
very friendly place to stay you always will be treated in our best manner. You
will find the property nice and clean and if there should be any special wishes
tell us by contacting us so that we can do our utmost to prepare your very special
holidays. Services like gas, water or electricity are included in our prices so
that you can be sure about the final price. |

| Prices/week: 1-2
persons - 550 €, 3-4 persons - 660 € These prices are final prices
and do include all mentioned services. We will do our utmost to fulfill any further
needs of our guests but to do so you should ask beforehand for those needs by
contacting us. We will also ask you for a deposit which will be given back
