This is a detached bungalow located in a very calm area within a private estate in which every owner was allowed to build a one-storied house according to his wishes on a minimum area of 1000 square metres.
Therefore you will find no standard holiday homes, but rather individually designed houses.
The house has a patio with partition, ensuring privacy (approx. 70 square metres), 3 bedrooms, one living room with dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen and two terraces.

One bedroom offers a view over the patio: Here you can take your siesta and e.g. still attend your children. This holiday home makes you feel at home immediately.
The holiday bungalow 'Los Calamares' is situated in a calm residential area in the Southern area of Lanzarote just next to the little fishing town Playa Blanca. You find the ancient centre, its pedestrian area and the beach with its inviting promenade within a walking distance of only 1.5 km.
This house offers you a magnificent view over the village, the sea, the neighbouring islands Lobos and Fuerteventura and the Papagayo beaches with their crystal-clear bays. The new marina and its impressive hotel are also just a stone´s throw away. The area and neighbourhood of our house is already developed, so you do not have to fear any construction noise while enjoying your well-deserved holiday. |
